Returns

Returns are easy and free, no matter where you are located. Within 30 days of delivery, if you would like to return your item, simply follow the instructions below:

1. Email emily@emilygaojewelry.com and you will be provided with a free return label with tracking.

2. Pack your order securely in a box, print your prepaid label and attach to the box.

3. Drop off at a shipping carrier near you, shipping carrier varies by country.
