Who the heck is Emily?

The short version:

Hi, I'm Emily! I started designing jewelry in 2016 for fun, and decided to never stop having fun ever since. I want to make unique things that surprise and delight you. And in the unlikely event you run into any shipping issues, I will fight for you. I design every piece myself, then work with jewelers who are way more skilled than me to bring it to life.

The long version:

I grew up loving everything related to art and design, but played it safe by studying business and getting a corporate job. Then one day, I came across an ad for an accessories design competition in Toronto. I entered on a whim, thinking I had nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Turns out, I gained a spot as one of the top five finalists, my very own jewelry brand, and my first customer (one of the judges from the competition!), all in the span of a month.

And just like that, I became a jewelry designer.

The designs: 

I make jewelry that’s innovative and comfortable to wear. My favourite compliment to receive is that my designs are “clever”. I put a loooot of thought behind each design, so it makes me ridiculously happy when someone notices.

Since day one, I’ve been making kinetic jewelry, which are pieces that creates different patterns as you move. Like a crazy red carpet necklace that transforms like origami or an earring that mimics how a leaf falls in the wind.

Every day I wake up feeling like the luckiest girl in the world to be able to do this for a living!
